Had a very nice sales person come out and meet with my husband and I. He showed us exactly what we were going to be ordering and it was all done fairly quickly. The install came out very nice and the patio door is so easy to open and close. Although they were not the cheapest quote we got, we definitely got what we paid for! Contacted The Window Factory through a friend who had doors done by them. We had a giant window that needed to get replaced and my husband and I couldn’t find a company to tackle this. They custom manufactured this window and installed it very nicely the other day. We decided to have them replace the rest of our windows and doors during the installation and are now counting down the days for our second installation to complete our project. I wish I had gone ahead and had everything replaced during my original appointment a few weeks ago. They make this really easy for people.

From beginning to end I was impressed with the care and expertise Brian and Thomas took with the Installation. The workmanship inside and out was second to none. The 2 Ultrashield patio doors and bay window installed in my home in Burbank 3/20/18 this week were done perfectly. My wife and I couldn’t be anymore happier with the way it came out and the charm it has brought to my kitchen. The patio doors came out beautiful and operate smoothly, I have no doubt the doors will last for a very long time. This is not the first time I have had renovations done and I must say this company has set the bar for the industry. They were very professional and thorough while taking care to keep everything covered while work was performed and cleaning up everything so that you would never know they had been here. I would recommend using The Window Factory on any door, bay or window replacements that need to be done. Go with the best — as they say you get what you pay for and it was well worth it.
